Due to the perishable and living nature of plants and trees, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once stock has been collected or delivered.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or collection with photos so we can assess the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping or transport costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
