About the Liriodendron Tulipifera:
Variety: Liriodendron Tulipifera – Tulip Tree (also known as Yellow Poplar or Tulip Poplar)
Full Size: Typically grows 15–20 metres tall and 8–10 metres wide in ideal conditions.
Foliage: Deciduous with large, uniquely shaped green leaves that turn golden yellow in autumn. In late spring to early summer, large tulip-shaped greenish-yellow flowers appear high in the canopy.
